China Ningbo European Industrial Park is an international large-scale multi-functional park funded by ITC Group. It was established in early 2003 and is an international modern workshops supplier specializing in providing European standards workshops for domestic and foreign customers.

Investment Environment
Ningbo European Industrial Park is located in Hangzhou Bay New Zone in the north of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Hangzhou Bay New Zone is located in the South Bank of Hangzhou Bay Bridge which is geometric center of Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou and Suzhou. It is also the gateway area connecting with Shanghai and integrating into the Yangtze River Delta. Meanwhile It is also a very rare strategic location in the coastal areas of China. Within the two-hour traffic circle, it can cover the most densely populated area in China , the area with the fastest economic development and the highest living standard; with the surrounding four major international airports and two major Oriental ports, relying on the Hangzhou Bay Bridge and the planning large-scale transportation facilities such as Hujiayong cross sea high-speed railway, Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea second channel, Huyong inter city railway, Ningbo and Hangzhou Bay New Zone inter city railway, etc., can directly achieve the "same city" development with the surrounding city groups. Hangzhou Bay New Zone is a new and rising national development zone. In November 2001, with the establishment of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Zhejiang Cixi Economic Development Zone, the predecessor of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Zone, started to develop. In June 2005, the State Council approved the establishment of Zhejiang Cixi Export Processing Zone in Cixi Economic Development Zone. In November 2009, Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government made efforts to accelerate the development and construction of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Zone On February 23, 2010, based on the integration of the former Cixi Export Processing Zone Management Committee and the Economic Development Zone Management Committee, the Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Zone Development and Construction Management Committee was officially established, which opened a new historical process of the development of the new zone. Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Zone enjoys the most comprehensive policy support of Zhejiang Province. Ningbo City "gives full energy with the city's power, integrates the city's wisdom and gathers the city's talents" for vigorous support. In 2014, Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Zone was upgraded to a national economic and Technological Development Zone. Park Layout
China Ningbo European Industrial Park is divided into Area A and Area B with 500m between each other. The earth area of Area A is about 202,927m2 with a 59.8% construction density and 17.8% green land rate. The earth area of Area B is about 66,666.7m2 with a 52.79% construction density and 19.5% green land rate. The total earth area of the park is about 269,593.7m2 while the total construction area is about 230,274m2. Area A is combined by business office area, business and living complements, etc.. Area B is combined by manufacturing factories and offices.
